- Usage data (e.g. how often you use the services, what questions you asked or changed, etc.)
We may also collect data about the device you use to access our services, including your device ID, the operating system, the browser type, and your ISP or mobile device carrier.
This Website also collects data automatically gathered by technology when you visit our Website as discussed further below.
In addition, Dunami may collect and catalog information about you that is publicly available on other websites or social media platforms, such as Facebook or Twitter. We may also contract directly with websites or social media platforms to gain access to their information about you. In such cases, we access the information in accordance with the data access policies of the websites/platforms and the applicable user specific privacy settings.
The data we collect varies depending on the source of the data, what the source or platform chooses to make available to us, and what you choose to make publicly available. It could include the following:
- name, username, handle, or other identifier;
- the content of the information you have published under that name, username, handle, or other identifier, including comments, expressions, opinions, posts, etc.;
- images or videos that you post or interact with, including your profile image;
- your job title or profession;
- your interests;

- your gender; and

We may also analyze the content of the data you publish and provide our analysis to our customers. For example, if you publish a Tweet stating that you like a certain brand of car, we may mark that Tweet as having a positive sentiment toward that car brand.

We use the Author data that we collect to provide analytics services to our customers.

The Dunami application identifies relevant audiences, defines their interests, activities, demographics, group affiliations, etc., and enables custom research on these groups to define their communications style, online behavior, and the topics and conversations most important to them. Although we draw inferences from the data we collect about you, such as interests or preferences, we do not make any decisions based on that data. We make the data available to our customers who make their own decisions about how to use it.
We may also use both User and Author data to comply with legal requirements; to protect our safety, property or rights of that of others; to prevent and detect fraud or misuse of our Website, products or services; and to maintain internal records. We may also use information for other purposes with specific consent. We also use or share personal information in an anonymized or aggregate manner for many purposes such as research, analysis, modeling, product or service improvement, marketing and advertising purposes.
With whom we share information?Customers
We collate and store Author information we gather from publicly available websites or social media platforms in our database. We offer access to the database, as well as our proprietary analytics of data within the database, as a service to our customers to inform their decisions regarding branding and advertisement, marketing and corporate research, and corporate communications and public relations.
Third Party Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers (e.g., cloud service providers, data storage providers, and payment service providers), acting as our agents and upon our instructions, to process both User and Author data.
In addition, we may disclose User and Author information (i) if we are required to do so by law or pursuant to legal process, (ii) in response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials, including to meet national security requirements, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraud or illegal activity, (iv) when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or (v) in connection with the sale, transfer or financing of all or part of a Dunami business or its assets, including any such activities associated with a bankruptcy proceeding.
Additional information for users in the European Economic Area (EEA)The personal information we hold is stored on our servers currently located in the United States and Ireland. The location of our servers may be subject to change. In addition, We may transfer your personal information to our vendors outside of the EEA and Switzerland, for which we retain liability, as described in this privacy statement.
Dunami complies with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. Dunami has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such information. If there is any conflict between the principles in this privacy statement and the Privacy Shield Privacy Principles, the Privacy Shield Privacy Principles shall govern. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over Dunami’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
In accordance with the Privacy Shield, We will endeavor to respond in a timely manner to all reasonable requests to access, correct, delete or block personal information, or to request a copy of personal information. Any such requests should be directed to the contact provided below.
In compliance with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield, We commit to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with questions or concerns about the use of their personal information should contact us at: email@example.com.
If a question or concern cannot be satisfied through this process Dunami has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield to an independent dispute resolution mechanism in the US, operated by JAMS.
If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by us, EU or Swiss individuals may bring a complaint before JAMS. Tracking technologies and online behavioral advertisingThe Website collects information via server logs, cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags or other tracking technologies. The information that the Website collects can include your Internet Service Provider and IP address, the date and time you access the Website, the pages you have accessed while visiting the Website and interactions with these pages.
